Processing

Please allow up to 7 business days (Mon-Fri) for your order to be processed. Holidays and weekends are not included. Processing times are subjected to fluctuation due to the high volume of orders or holiday season. Please be aware that processing and shipping times are separate. For express shipping your order will still need to be processed first, then the shipping process will follow. 

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. Order changes cannot be made once your order has begun being processed. 

Shipping:

All shipping is for 7-14 business days due to hair being pre-washed before shipping out. All packages will be delivered by USPS and require a signature upon delivery. 

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an updated email along with your tracking information. Once the carrier receives the package, PLUMERIA RAW HAIR will not be held responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages. If any of these situations occur, please contact the carrier and file a claim. 

Returns & Refunds:

There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is an error in PRH on the packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@plumeriarawhair.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If this occurs, please contact PRH within 48 hours of receiving the package. The items must be in their original state and packaging with the hair seal still intact. For used items (brushed or altered) in any way will not be accepted due to sanitary reasons.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The shipping fee will not be refunded,
if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@plumeriarawhair.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
